Sites and content you create using HopOnTop remain yours. We do not claim ownership over your content.
By publishing a site through HopOnTop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and serve your content. This licence ends when you delete the site or your account, subject to technical limitations such as backups.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. By using HopOnTop you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, and that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
HopOnTop allows integration with AI tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol). We do not provide AI services ourselves. You remain fully responsible for any content published, regardless of how it was created.
You must not use HopOnTop to publish content that:
This service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will remain available permanently.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for slight negligence. This limitation does not apply to intent (Vorsatz), gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), or injury to life, body, or health.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
